Sundeep is a 3x founder-turned-investor who founded Climate Capital in 2018.
He began working in climate in 2010 when he founded blissmo to introduce shoppers to sustainable products (acq by Garten). In 2014 he co-founded Silicon Climate, a non-profit climate accelerator.
He’s also the author of HALINE ("Hunger Games meets climate change"), and exec producer of Last Glimpse (a visit to the Maldives which faces rising sea levels).

Nishant Mani focuses on investing in deployment- and scale-ready early stage climate startups.
He is currently an Advisor at Reunion, the tax credit transfer platform, and was Chief Business Officer at Terra.do, the global platform for climate education. He serves on the board of Climate Cabinet Action, the 501(c)(4) focused on state and local climate policy.
Prior to climate work, he was CMO and executive leader at several successful startups including Yext and Dashlane, and previously ran online advertising for Capital One's US card business. Outside of climate work, he is a husband, father, and retired DJ spinning the tropics in his head.

Ian Campbell has been focused on early-stage climate investing since 2020. Before joining Climate Capital, he helped stand up the 2030 Fund at the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center, supporting MA-based deeptech climate startups. Prior to that, Ian worked on the Systems Innovation team at Indigo Ag, developing business units around agricultural soil carbon sequestration.
Coalescing his work as an early-stage operator and investor, he joined Climate Capital in 2023 to scale fund operations and investment activity.

Nick van Osdol is a writer, analyst, and investor who covers the intersection of climate and business. He runs the B2B media company, Keep Cool, where he writes about early-stage climate tech companies and ‘underpriced’ stories across climate and energy for a following of 30,000+.
He works as a Venture Partner at Climate Capital, where he invests in early-stage climate tech companies. He also consults and writes for climate and energy companies and enjoys writing short fiction, too.
